The session fee includes:
-a sitting of unlimited time and unlimited quantity of photographs
-a CD of your images in high resolution (each displayed for you in both black/white and color and relabeled for easy reference)
-all professional retouching and cropping of your images using Photoshop®.
Fifty percent of the session fee is due to reserve the date of the sitting.
The remainder is due the day of the sitting.

*This size print fits greeting cards and announcements designed for a photo insert. They are sold in sets of 20 called “CardPacks” (e.g., if you are sending out 100 holiday cards, you would need to order 5 CardPacks).

Shipping & Pick Up
If you order prints only (without mats & frames), your order will be mailed to you in archival plastic sleeves placed between unbendable cardboard stock for a flat rate of $10 (to cover packing materials, shipping & handling).
If you order prints with mats and frames, Karen will contact you when your order is complete so you may pick it up at your convenience. (Karen does not ship glass.)
Turn-Around Time
Please allow 3 business days from your sitting date for your CD to be shipped.
Please allow 10 business days from your invoice date for your prints to be shipped.
Please allow 14 business days from your invoice date for matting and framing to be completed.
